SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Oct. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Westamerica Bancorporation (NASDAQ: WABC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share on common stock outstanding to shareholders of record at the close of business November 6, 2023. The dividend is payable November 17, 2023.

Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, “This quarterly dividend recognizes Westamerica’s reliable earnings stream, financial strength and conservative risk profile.”

On October 19, 2023, Westamerica reported $41.6 million in net income for the three months ended September 30, 2023, or $1.56 diluted earnings per common share.
