Jay Kaduson to join Voya Financial as CEO of Workplace Solutions
Voya Financial (NYSE: VOYA) has announced the appointment of Jay Kaduson as CEO of Workplace Solutions, effective January 16, 2025. Kaduson will oversee Health Solutions and Wealth Solutions businesses, reporting to CEO Heather Lavallee and joining the Executive Committee.
Kaduson brings 26 years of financial services leadership experience, most recently at PwC where he led the firm's growth business and oversaw insurance, retirement, and wealth practices. Previously, he spent 16 years at MetLife, ultimately serving as global head of enterprise relationship management.
In his new role, Kaduson will supervise Amy Vaillancourt (President of Wealth Solutions), Andrew Frend (President of Health Solutions), and Courtney Kunzelmann (Chief Marketing Officer, Workplace Solutions). The appointment aligns with Voya's strategy to strengthen its position as a comprehensive workplace benefits provider, focusing on health and wealth solutions delivery through the workplace.

Kaduson has over 26 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, most recently at global consulting firm PwC, which serves Fortune Global 500 companies. At PwC, Kaduson led the firm’s growth business along with oversight of the insurance, retirement, and wealth practices, including acting as lead client partner for Voya. In his roles at PwC, Kaduson has also spent time focused on building high-performing teams with individuals from within the firm and across the industry to enhance performance and provide a focus on risk management, asset management, value creation and technology.
Prior to PwC, Kaduson spent 16 years at MetLife, where his deep experience across group benefits, wealth, retirement, retail, and asset management businesses provided him with a global perspective on business transformation and employee solutions. Kaduson ultimately served as MetLife’s global head of enterprise relationship management, where he successfully established and maintained strong partnerships with key financial institutions and service providers.
