Q: How does billing and auto-renewal work?

All paid Stock Titan plans are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Monthly plans renew every month, and annual plans renew every year. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on your renewal date. You will not receive a separate notification before each renewal. You can view your next renewal date at any time in your account profile under Subscription.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account profile at stocktitan.net/user/profile.html and clicking the Cancel Subscription button under Subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately: your plan will not renew on the next billing date. You will keep full access to all your tier's features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Q: What happens after I cancel?

After you cancel, you retain full access to your current tier's features until your paid billing period ends. On that date, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. You will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe. For example, if you cancel a monthly plan on July 10 and your billing period runs until July 25, you keep all paid features through July 25, then switch to Free on July 26.
