RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT), a leading global provider of critical technologies and solutions to connect, manage and scale the mobility ecosystem, today announced the sale of its Global Traffic Technologies, LLC (GTT) business to Miovision for $107 million, representing a transaction value of approximately 10X 2022 EBITDA.
