Wolfspeed, Inc. (NYSE: WOLF) reported a 54% year-over-year revenue growth for the first quarter of fiscal 2023, reaching $241.3 million. The GAAP gross margin improved to 33.1% from 31.5%, while the non-GAAP gross margin increased to 35.6% from 33.5%.
