This 1.1 million square-foot facility, representing an investment of over $175 million, will create 500 full-time jobs. The center will serve 250 stores across the Southeast, Midwest, and Texas, and fulfill digital orders. The facility aims for a LEED Gold® certification and features a solar array system generating five million kilowatts of electricity annually, reducing its carbon footprint by 4,100 metric tons of CO2 per year.
