NBT Bancorp's investment in technology and data services reveals a strategic focus on operational efficiency. The reported cost savings from various efficiency initiatives indicate the bank's commitment to leveraging technology to reduce operational expenses. This can enhance profitability over time by lowering costs and improving service delivery.
