Given the recent acquisition of Parchment, Instructure is introducing Organic Constant Currency Revenue Growth and Organic Constant Currency Subscription and Support Revenue Growth, which are non-GAAP financial measures that Instructure believes will assist investors comparing growth from period to period without the impact of past acquisitions or the impact of foreign currency exchange rates. Non-GAAP Operating Income; Non-GAAP Operating Income Margin.
