EMERYVILLE, Calif., Sept. 02, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grocery Outlet Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: GO) (“Grocery Outlet” or the “Company”) today announced the retirement of S. MacGregor Read, Jr., Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2022.
