(Nasdaq: FANH) (the “Company” or “FANHUA”), a leading independent technology-driven financial services provider in China, today announced that it has filed its 2023 annual report on Form 20-F (the “2023 20-F”), which contains its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 29, 2024.
