GLEN ALLEN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dynex Capital, Inc. announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.13 per share of its Common Stock (NYSE: DX) for September 2023 and the quarterly cash dividend of $0.43125 per share of its 6.900% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: DXPRC) for the third quarter of 2023.

The Common dividend is payable on October 2, 2023, to shareholders of record of the Common Stock as of September 22, 2023. The Preferred dividend is payable on October 16, 2023, to shareholders of record of the Series C Preferred Stock as of October 1, 2023.
