(NYSE: CYH) (CHS) announced today that, in honor of Doctors’ Day, its affiliated hospitals will donate more than $250,000 to charitable organizations that are addressing social determinants of health. This is the second consecutive year that CHS-affiliated hospitals have marked Doctors’ Day with donations to local causes that combat food insecurity, homelessness, educational barriers and economic instability.

Doctors’ Day is an annual observance that honors physicians worldwide for their unwavering commitment to providing high-quality healthcare for individuals and communities.
