(NYSE: CTVA) today announced its Board of Directors has authorized a common stock dividend of $0.16 cents per share, representing an annualized increase of approximately 7% over the Company's previous quarterly dividend and payable September 15, 2023, to the Company's shareholders of record on September 1, 2023. This is the Corteva's third dividend increase since its 2019 spin-off and a result of the Company's firm focus on driving margin expansion and sustainable long-term growth through industry-leading innovation, high-touch customer engagement, together with disciplined operational execution. EIDP, Inc. Announces Preferred Stock Dividend 

The Board of Directors of EIDP, Inc. (formerly known as E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company) (EIDP) declared regular preferred stock dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and $0.87-1/2 per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock – both payable October 25, 2023, to EID stockholders of record on October 6, 2023.
