ROCKVILLE, Md., May 7, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.225 per share, payable on July 16, 2021 to stockholders of record on July 1, 2021.

In addition, the Board approved the resumption of the company's share repurchase program, which has 3.4 million shares authorized for repurchase.
