The Sun Princess, Princess Cruises' newest and most innovative ship, has made its North American debut in Ft. Lauderdale for its first Caribbean season. The 177,882-ton, 4,300-guest vessel was introduced in the Mediterranean in February 2024 and officially named in Barcelona in April. It will now sail seven-day Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises from Ft. Lauderdale until early April 2025.

The ship features 30 restaurant and bar venues, including celebrity collaborations and high-end dining experiences. Entertainment includes the technologically advanced Princess Arena theater and Cirque Èloize performances. Seabourn, a leader in ultra-luxury voyages and expedition travel, has made a historic discovery during a submarine dive off the coast of Alejandro Selkirk Island in Chile. On October 14, 2024, Seabourn Pursuit, the company's newest expedition ship, uncovered the Titania, a German supplier ship lost for 110 years. The wreck was found 95 meters below the surface, marking the first sighting since it was scuttled in 1914.

The discovery was made possible through collaboration with local communities, particularly with fisherman Gino Perez, who guided the team to the suspected site. The submarine team, led by Pilot Mauricio Fernandez, found the Titania about 4.25 nautical miles off the northwest coast of Selkirk. This discovery occurred during one of Seabourn Pursuit's South Pacific voyages, which offer guests unique adventure opportunities across remote islands and archipelagos.
