Cunard has announced that two Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux will return for a new series of Le Gavroche at Sea residencies in 2025. The chef will oversee four residencies across four Fjords voyages on Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2 between April and August. Guests can expect five-course tasting menus featuring Norwegian seafood specialties and elevated culinary classics.

In addition to the residencies, Roux will launch an elevated seafood concept called Oysters at The Champagne Bar (Queen Mary 2) and Oysters at Carinthia Lounge (Queen Anne).
