(NASDAQ: ATHA), a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing small molecules to restore neuronal health and stop neurodegeneration, today announced the appointment of Grant Pickering to its Board of Directors. Mr. Pickering is Chief Executive Officer, co-founder and member of the Board of Directors at Vaxcyte, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCVX), a vaccine innovation company engineering high-fidelity vaccines to protect humankind from the consequences of bacterial diseases.
