The Path to Trades (P2T) program kicked off in October 2024 with an introductory "Lunch & Learn" session attended by over 30 students interested in exploring careers in skilled trades such as electrical work, sheet metal, environmental consulting, and roofing. Developed with the goal of introducing students to diverse career paths within the trades, P2T is designed to equip students with OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications, offered through Ameresco’s sponsorship.
