On October 10, 2025, Liberty Media Corporation (“Liberty Media”) announced it will be holding its annual Investor Meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025 with presentations via webcast beginning at approximately 9:30am P.T. During the Q&A session at Liberty Media’s Investor Meeting, comments may be made regarding Liberty Broadband Corporation (“the Company”) (Nasdaq: LBRDA, LBRDK, LBRDP) and GCI Liberty, Inc. (“GCI Liberty”) (Nasdaq: GLIBA, GLIBK).

On October 13, 2025, the Company announced that interested shareholders and analysts are invited to participate in a brief quarterly Q&A session following the completion of the prepared remarks on GCI Liberty’s third quarter earnings conference call. During this Q&A session management will be accepting questions regarding GCI Liberty and the Company. The conference call will be held on Wednesday, November 5^th at 11:15 a.m. (E.T.). The call may discuss the financial performance and outlook of the Company, as well as other forward looking matters.
