On February 4, 2026, the Board of Directors of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company ("HPE" or the "Company") approved declaring a cash dividend of $0.953125 per share of its 7.625% Series C Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on March 1, 2026, to holders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2026. If the dividend payment date is not a business day, payment will be made on the next succeeding business day, without any interest or other payment in lieu of interest accruing with respect to this delay.
