In addition, the Company announced Ms. Nan Song, Senior Financial Director, will succeed Mr. Cui as finance in charge of the Company and report to Mr. Shanglue Xiao, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yunji, effective the same date as Mr. Cui's resignation.
