SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Nov. 23, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vaxart, Inc. (NASDAQ: VXRT) today announced that Dr. Sean Tucker, SVP and Chief Scientific Officer, will present at the World Vaccine & Immunotherapy Congress West Coast 2021 in San Diego on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 2:40 p.m. PT.

Dr. Tucker will provide an overview of Vaxart’s development program for its oral tablet COVID-19 vaccine candidate.

Vaxart’s oral tablet COVID-19 vaccine is the only oral COVID-19 vaccine about which there is clinical data supporting its immunological potential and the only one currently in Phase II clinical trials, which started in October 2021.
