(Nasdaq: VIEW, “View” or the “Company”), a leader in smart building platforms and technologies, today announced that it has received a confirmation letter from Nasdaq affirming that the Company is now in compliance with Listing Rule 5450(a)(1).
As previously announced, the Company was notified by Nasdaq on February 13, 2023, that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) because the bid price for the Company’s common stock had closed below
View is now in compliance with all applicable listing standards. View’s common stock will continue to be listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market and Nasdaq has closed this matter.
