Brian Paes-Braga, who has served as Chairman of Thunderbird’s Board of Directors since 2019, and Paul Sparkes, who has served on the Board since December 20, 2012, did not stand for re-election. Lead Director Marni Wieshofer has been appointed as Thunderbird’s Interim Chair. Ms. Wieshofer will hold the position while the Company commences a search for a new Chair.
