In addition, we are pleased to announce that we have expanded our finance and administration teams to include Julia Pollex, Jackie Hurley, and Alexandra Zieminski.

Andrew Singer previously served as a Principal at Pamplona Capital Management, where he led and executed transactions for over 9 years. Prior to Pamplona, he worked in the M&A practice at BofA Merrill Lynch, concentrating on branded consumer and retail transactions. Mr. Singer has served on the board of directors of several public and private companies including Latham Group (Nasdaq: SWIM), iFit (parent of NordicTrack), and Parexel. He earned his B.S. in Business & Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.

Rohan Shah previously served as an Analyst in the M&A investment banking group at Jefferies and earned his B.S. in Accountancy and M.A.S. in Accountancy with a minor in Business Public Policy from the University of Illinois. Annie Masciopinto previously served as an Analyst in the industrials group at Rothschild & Co and earned her B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Notre Dame; and Peter Alexander previously served as an Analyst in the industrials group at Houlihan Lokey and earned his B.B.A. in finance, with distinction, from The University of Notre DameMendoza College of Business.
