(SoCalGas) today announced it is working with Goodwill Southern California to promote its energy efficiency and money-saving programs for qualifying customers. The Energy Savings Assistance (ESA) program and the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) bill discount program help customers save money on their SoCalGas bill while also helping to improve the safety and comfort of their homes. SoCalGas will publicize the programs with banners, flyers and applications at all participating Goodwill stores in its service territory beginning this month.
