Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPB) has announced an offering of $400 million in Senior Notes due 2031 through its subsidiary, Spectrum Brands, Inc. The offering is aimed at qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and non-U.S. persons outside the U.S. Proceeds will fund a tender offer and related expenses, along with a new $350 million senior secured term loan. The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Spectrum Brands’ direct parent company, SB/RH Holdings, LLC, as well as by certain existing and future domestic subsidiaries.
