SGH Reports First Quarter Fiscal 2022 Financial Results
SMART Global Holdings (SGH) reported significant financial results for Q1 FY22, achieving net sales of $470 million, a 61% increase year-over-year. GAAP gross margin improved by 800 basis points to 26.0%, while non-GAAP gross margin rose to 27.0%, an 850 basis point increase. The company also announced a two-for-one share split, effective February 1, 2022, aimed at enhancing liquidity and expanding its shareholder base. For Q2 FY22, SGH projects net sales between $415 and $455 million with diluted EPS guidance of $1.45.
