MILL VALLEY, Calif., June 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE: RWT) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a 13% increase in the company's quarterly common stock dividend to $0.18 per share for the second quarter of 2021, up from $0.16 per share for the first quarter of 2021.  This marks the company's 88th consecutive quarterly dividend. The second quarter 2021 dividend is payable on June 30, 2021 to stockholders of record on June 23, 2021.
