RingCentral (NYSE: RNG) has announced a significant expansion and extension of its credit agreement, increasing the total facility to $1.24 billion. The expanded facility includes an increase in the undrawn delayed draw term loan from $350M to $650M and a boost in the revolving credit facility from $225M to $280M.
