The RoyaLand Company (RLNDF) has announced the release of TheRoyal.Land vertical slice, a playable demo version of their royalty-themed video game. The demo will be shared with gaming trade publications and five randomly selected participants who enter through the company's website, with winners to be drawn on March 1, 2025.
The vertical slice demonstrates the game's core features, where players start as private investigators uncovering a conspiracy involving historical figures. The game combines stealth, action, and historical elements, allowing players to manage their own county while interacting with royal figures. Set in a solarpunk environment, TheRoyal.Land uniquely features actual royal families from Italy, Russia, France, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Albania, Mecklenburg, and Lesotho, who provide historical input.
