$15.7 million and segment income of$7.5 million from B. Riley Retail Solutions (formerly known as Great American Group) retail liquidation and store closing projects. - Financial Consulting revenues totaled
$26.5 million , up from$20.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2019. Segment income totaled$6.9 million compared to$4.7 million for the prior-year period. Results were primarily driven by B. Segment Reclassification
The Company has realigned its segment reporting structure to reflect certain organizational changes. In conjunction with the new reporting structure, the Company recast its segment presentation. Bankruptcy, forensic accounting, and real estate results that were previously reported in the Capital Markets segment are now reported as part of the Financial Consulting segment.
