RBB Bancorp Reports First Quarter 2023 Earnings

The decline was attributed to increased legal and professional expenses. Management is restructuring to target a loan-to-deposit ratio below 100% by mid-2023. Additionally, a $0.16 cash dividend was declared, payable on May 12, 2023.

Management measures return on average tangible common equity (“ROATCE”) to assess the Company’s capital strength and business performance and believes these are helpful to investors as an additional tool for further understanding our performance.
