The Notes with respect to which a Holder has delivered a Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice may be converted only if the Holder withdraws such Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice in accordance with the terms of the Indenture. For the avoidance of doubt, such withdrawal must occur by 5:00 p.m.
