(“Relativity”) (Nasdaq: RACY) announced today that a confidential submission was made to the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), for receipt by the SEC on August 14, 2021, of a draft registration statement on Form S-4 (the “Registration Statement”) relating to its previously announced proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) with SVES LLC, SVES GO, LLC, SVES CP LLC and SVES Apparel LLC (collectively, “SVES”), an off-price apparel distribution company based in Florida.
