(Nasdaq: PRVA) today announced that Jeff Butler has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors and as a member of the Compliance Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Butler’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
