(OTCQB:PRKR) announced today that the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (Orlando Division) issued an order on March 26, 2021 indicating that the Company's patent infringement litigation against Qualcomm, scheduled for trial in July 2021, is now unlikely to be tried prior to November or December of 2021. The order cited a backlog of criminal trials due to the pandemic, along with the volume of motions pending in this case, as the reasons for the delay.
