Ericsson announces changes to the Executive Team and to the Market Area structure
Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) has announced significant changes to its Executive Team and global operating structure. Per Narvinger, current Head of Business Area Cloud Software and Services, will become Executive Vice President and Head of Business Area Networks effective March 15, 2025. Jenny Lindqvist, currently heading Market Area Europe & Latin America, will take over Narvinger's position at Cloud Software and Services.
The company is also consolidating its regional structure by creating two new Market Areas: Market Area Americas headed by Yossi Cohen and Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa led by Patrick Johansson. This reorganization combines three existing Market Areas into two for improved efficiency while maintaining customer focus.
Additionally, Fredrik Jejdling, who has led Networks since 2017, will step down on March 15, 2025, and leave Ericsson on June 30, 2025, after nearly two decades with the company.

Ericsson today also announces that Per Narvinger, who has headed Cloud Software and Services since 2022, has been appointed Executive Vice President and to head up Ericsson's Business Area Networks. Per Narvinger has been with Ericsson since 1997 in a range of global roles, joining the Executive Team in 2022.

Fredrik Jejdling has been with Ericsson since 2006 and has been a member of the Company's Executive Team since 2017.
