Gabello, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Ltd., has announced that the Board of Directors has declared a third quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.63 per share payable on September 30, 2024.  The cash dividend represents a 7.11% increase over the cash dividend paid in the third quarter 2023.

The declaration of dividend, made at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on August 28, 2024, is payable to shareholders of record September 13, 2024.
