(NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a third quarter dividend of $0.38 per share.  The $0.38 represents a 2.7% increase when compared to the dividend declared in the prior quarter and represents a 5.6% increase over the dividend declared in the third quarter of 2020.  The dividend is payable September 15, 2021 to shareholders of record August 31, 2021.
