O'Neal brings over 20 years of HR and talent management experience. She previously served as Chief People Officer at Varo Bank and spent 11 years at WageWorks, where she led the HR team through the company's IPO and multiple acquisitions. At Zilog, she managed a global workforce across the U.S., Europe, and Asia during the company's transformation and return to public markets.
