Meta Critical Minerals (CSE:MTTA / OTCQB:MTTAF) entered an option to purchase agreement dated April 27, 2026 to acquire a 100% interest in the Arcadia Project in north-central Wyoming.
The ~3,760-acre Project hosts two near-surface heavy mineral sand deposits, Grass Creek and Dugout Creek, with reported zircon averages up to ~2.2% and significant ilmenite and monazite, and requires a NI 43-101 MRE, metallurgical bulk testing, a PFS and permitting.
Meta Critical Minerals (CSE:MTTA; OTCQB:MTTAF) closed an oversubscribed private placement of 32,363,893 Units at $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of $6,472,778 on April 17, 2026.
Each Unit includes one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.30 for two years; warrants include an acceleration clause at $0.45 (10-day close). Finder's fees totaled $331,224.50 plus 1,656,123 finder's warrants. Insider CEO subscribed for 500,000 Units ($100,000). Proceeds target project advancement, acquisitions, marketing and working capital.
