Prior to joining ModivCare, Mr. Wray was President of Animus Advisors, a management consulting business focused on driving corporate purpose, vision, and values; Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at DigitalGlobe; Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Western Union; Vice President, Leadership Development and Staffing at Janus Capital Group; and Managing Partner - Human Resources, North America at Arthur Anderson. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Masters of Organizational Behavior, both from Brigham Young University.
