In 2007, Bird joined MMI’s senior management team, where he spent over a decade running the region as District and Regional Manager, and oversaw operations in Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Boise. During this time, he directed brokerage activities across a wide range of asset classes and was the principal broker for the firm in Colorado, Nevada, Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho. His leadership extended to the national level when he was appointed National Director of the firm’s Self-Storage Group.
