(Nasdaq: MICT), (the "Company"), today announced that it has appointed seasoned financial executive Robert Benton to MICT’s Board of Directors, replacing Jeff Bialos, who resigned from the Company’s board of directors, effective April 12, 2021. In addition, current board member, John Scott will assume the role of non-executive deputy chairman of the Company’s board of directors.
