Kettnich is responsible for leading Mattel’s Investor Relations function, engaging with investors and analysts and communicating the company’s value proposition, investment thesis, financial performance, and long-term strategy.

Her prior roles at Disney included Corporate Finance, where she played a key role in capital structure and M&A initiatives. She started her career as an equity research associate with Brandes Investment Partners providing analysis for investment decisions on companies in the global media and telecommunications sectors.
