(NASDAQ: KITT, "Nauticus" or the "Company"), a leading innovator in autonomous subsea robotics and software solutions, today announced that on April 27, 2026, it received a formal notice from The Nasdaq Capital Market ("Nasdaq") confirming that Nauticus has demonstrated compliance with all continued listing requirements through the end of the Nasdaq Hearing Panel's jurisdiction, which expired on April 14, 2026.

The Company remains subject to a Mandatory Panel Monitor pursuant to Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(B).
