ISG to Assess Providers of HR Outsourcing Services
ISG has launched a research study evaluating HR outsourcing (HRO) service providers that deliver transformational business value through AI integration. The study will result in two ISG Provider Lens™ reports, scheduled for March 2025, covering providers of multiprocess HRO, health and welfare benefits administration, and workforce recruitment services.
The research will analyze providers across three quadrants: Multiprocess HRO Services, Health and Welfare Benefits Administration Services, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. ISG has distributed surveys to nearly 70 HRO providers serving U.S. and global markets, focusing on providers that enable digital transformation, enhance employee engagement, and deliver data-driven insights.
