Humana Inc. has launched the new CareBreeze (HMO C-SNP) plan for Medicare beneficiaries facing chronic lung disorders, supplementing its existing CareComplete (HMO C-SNP) plan aimed at those with diabetes and heart disease. The CareBreeze plan is available during the Medicare enrollment period from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7, 2021 with coverage starting on Jan. 1, 2022.
