HONOLULU, Nov. 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- On November 3, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (HEI) (NYSE: HE) maintained HEI's quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 cents per share, payable December 10, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2020 (ex-dividend date of November 19, 2020). The dividend would be equivalent to an annual rate of $1.32 per share.
